Various upgrades and improvements over the years to meet Wendy’s corporate standards and franchise requirements, at the Fort St. John location.
Fort St. John Plaza
New 4 tenant lease space building including Starbucks exterior requirements, property development and servicing.
Alpine Glass
This is the second pre-cast concrete design-build showroom and shop completed for Alpine Glass. This provided a modernized space with a larger yard.
110th St. Liquor Store
This is the second design-build liquor store completed for this client. The new build included a walk in cooler and second floor apartment space.
Pat’s Auto Fort St. John
Originally built for Alpine Glass, this pre-cast concrete design-build features a two story showroom, shop and second story offices.
Casey’s Liquor Store
Design-build liquor store with custom cabinetry, walk-in cooler and loading dock. This liquor store is situated beside the popular Casey’s Pub.
Landmark Theater
Converted the old Safeway space in the Totem Mall to a 5-theater complex, including below grade stadium seating to work within the existing building height.
Mr. Mike’s Restaurant
Design-build to convert an existing East Side Mario’s restaurant into a Mr. Mike’s restaurant including patio addition and exterior finishing.
Totem Mall
Multiple and on-going renovations and tenant fit-outs over the last 25-30 years, including exterior restoration to the new strip mall.
Papa John’s Pizza
Created a small tenant area within an existing building and completed the installation of owner supplied equipment and finishes.
