This 28,000 sq.ft. design-build pre-cast concrete shop and two story office was constructed to accommodate a growing company. The client was looking for a durable, low-maintenance building with a non-combustible design to avoid sprinklering requirements, including separate reception and dispatch spaces. The shop includes separate work areas, embedded steel tracks for equipment, multiple overhead cranes and a wash bay with water reclamation system.
