Completed in 2015, this is a 30,000 sq.ft. pre-cast concrete, two story office building. This was a design-build for one of the leading pipeline and facilities contractors in western Canada. Designed with staff interaction in mind for better productivity, it includes 65 offices, a large dispatch area, multiple group work spaces, file storage and a fitness room. The precast panels were hand painted to include the rock feature on the exterior.
