FSJ Crossing Commercial Development

This multi-stage, multi-building development epitomizes meticulous planning, execution, and a focus on community-centric design.

The development includes two modern multi-tenant buildings, tailored to accommodate various businesses, alongside a standalone Popeye’s restaurant, catering to both local patrons and highway travelers. Beyond the buildings, the project involved a complete overhaul of the site infrastructure. This included the redevelopment of a right-hand turning lane on the adjacent highway, enhancing accessibility and improving traffic flow in the area.

Spanning two years, the project was executed in stages, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding community and businesses. This phased approach allowed for seamless integration of each component while maintaining strict timelines and budget considerations. The site has been strategically designed to allow for the addition of one more building, presenting an exciting opportunity for future development.
