This 50,000 sq.ft. custom pre-cast concrete building is designed to suit Ford’s corporate standards. It includes an open two story showroom, mechanics shop, and multiple service and oil change bays. When it was built in 2006, it was the largest pure Ford Dealership in Canada and the 1st dealership in Western Canada to have an overhead crane covering the entire shop space.

In 2021, Fort Motors engaged our team again to complete necessary interior and exterior branding upgrades to the building we originally built for them. The utmost attention to detail was needed for this project to ensure operations were to continue as usual during construction. This project included overhauling the sales floor, parts and service areas, new office layouts, finishes, and technology pieces. The exterior façade was also remodeled to reflect the latest Ford branding model, including a paint refresh and new concrete curbing and sidewalks for better accessibility.

The goal for the updates was to reflect the company’s modern branding and enhance the ability to provide top-tier sales and service. The transition is felt from the highway visibility to the sales floor “wow” factor and the parts and service comforts and efficiencies.
