This design-build project created more space for a client who was quickly outgrowing their existing shop and yard. The prominent 11 acre highway frontage location includes a two story pre-cast concrete office with a separate 26,400 sq.ft. pre-cast concrete shop. The 10-bay shop includes an overhead crane, a wash bay, shop offices and lunch room.
