Dawson Creek Lease Space

This commercial construction project was a design-build multi-tenant lease space, incorporating Wendy’s, Domino’s and Edo Japan. This project was for a repeat client, looking to expand their leasing space and business to a new city. The interior fit-out for the Wendy’s restaurant included extensive coordination with Wendy’s corporate on their design requirements to ensure standardized drawings were customized to match the building parameters.
