Located at the North end of Fort St. John, this development has three separate structures consisting of a convenience store, drive-thru car wash, and 5 pump gas bar. The site development includes a drive thru lane and vacuum island for the car wash, underground fuel tank storage and extensive landscaping, and paving. This project was completed collaboratively with both the local Co-Op and Federated Co-Operatives Ltd.
