A 69,000 sq.ft. LEED Gold office and warehouse built under a collaborative design-build process, completed in 2012-2013 over a 13-month construction period. It is an extremely energy efficient, pre-cast concrete building utilizing the latest technology and innovation to reduce energy costs and keep the occupants comfortable. With the energy efficient design and heat recovery systems, heating costs are only $0.20 per sq.ft. per year.
